Booking and Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored.
A 50% deposit is required to book your appointment. By paying a deposit, you agree to the following terms:
Cancellation
If the client needs to cancel their appointment, their deposit may be used towards a new appointment time, which must be within 30 days of the original appointment. If the client is unable to book within 30 days of the original appointment, they will not receive a refund.
No-shows
Any client who either forgets or consciously chooses to forego their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will not receive a refund of their deposit.
Late Arrivals
If the client arrives late, their session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow. Depending upon how late the client arrives, the therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, the client will be responsible for the cost of the originally booked session length. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
